3. The use of information on CVnation.com.

3.1 Information will be collected and recorded in accordance with the privacy policy. The candidate acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
3.2 The Job Seeker is liable be contacted by the Employer without intervention from CVnation.com.
3.3 Employers may only use information supplied by us for the purposes of recruiting and shall not disclose any information to any third parties other than those directly related to the recruitment process of the candidate.
3.4 Any party using this service for any purpose other than those specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions shall immediately be banned from using this site.

4. Revisions/modifications of CVnation.com.

4.1 CVnation.com reserves the right at any time without notice to revise the content of the site (including the services offered by CVnation.com) and these terms and conditions.
